I have used Wolf Creek Building supplies for approximately 13 years now as my exclusive supplier for building materials for the custom homes that build. Part of their service to us is estimating and take off services. I have always found that their quotes have been accurate and extremely timely. When we do a quote for a customer it is very important that we get the quotes back to the them quickly to keep the customer satisfied as that is the first interaction with our company. I have about a dozen trades and suppliers that get quotes back to me and typically Wolf Creek is always one of the first ones to get it back to me.
Over the years there has been tremendous fluctuations in pricing on products such as lumber and drywall and they have always done their best to shield our company from drastic price changes after the homes have been quoted even if the home is being built several months later. That helps us maintain our margins.
We have also found that over the years all the staff that our company interacts with have been very courteous professional in all situations. From the yard staff to the owners. Great staff, organized and well stocked.

The only downside was having to find someone when you needed help, we needed it twice and had to search for someone, which ended up with us being there an hour to grab 2 things. I went in looking for a latch to replace the broken one on my door. They did not carry the type I needed but went out of their way to track one down from their window/door supplier. Very polite and helpful. I do a lot of home fix it projects and this store has always been helpful and the customer service very good.
