You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and still in its original packaging—in order to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the purchase confirmation or receipt. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and Errors

Any damages or errors in shipping must be reported within 24 hours after product is received.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Special order items are subject to approval. In some cases special order items are not able to be returned, and if they are, a restocking fee will be applied. Talk to your local sales rep about further information on this prior to order placement. Gift cards and sale items cannot be returned.


The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and then make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.


Once we have received and examined your return, we will inform you whether or not the refund was approved. You will receive a refund to your original payment method if your application is accepted. Please keep in mind that the refund may not arrive immediately from your credit card or bank.
